Students will learn to cook from a professional chef. This quarter students will tour the world with recipes from across the globe. They will try new and exciting recipes, everything from bruschetta to Bolognese. Equipped with their own chef's knife and cooking station, these young chefs will turn ingredients into culinary delights. Students will prepare, cook, and eat their creations, but will go home ready to be your personal chef. New and continuing students welcome!
